Terrence is a Qualified Paralegal under California Business & Professions Code §6450-6450 since 2012 and has over 10 years of professional experience as a paralegal focusing primarily on EB5 cases and other employment-based cases. Terrance assists attorney in preparing immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions and applications (EB1, EB2, EB3, EB4, EB5, B, H, J, L, TN, E2, R, O, PERM, Adjustment of Status, Advance Parole, Reentry Permit, Employment Authorization Document).  He corresponds with clients to assemble required documents and information, and drafts petition letters, affidavits, and supporting documents for immigrant applications and other types of matters. He is adept at legal research (Westlaw, Lexis), legal investigation, due diligence, processing large volumes of US business immigration filings for submission to the Departments of Labor, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Immigration Courts. 

Terrence has a deep understanding of a wide range of U.S. immigration matters, particularly certain complex immigration issues, and substantial knowledge of preparing pleading documents for Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals, as well as applications with the National Visa Center and U.S. Consulate offices around the world.
