Patricia L. Ray is a practicing attorney licensed in Pennsylvania and New York, and also a patent attorney registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Patricia graduated from the Carnegie Mellon University with a major in Mechanical Engineering, the University Pittsburgh with a major in Economics, the Duquesne University with a Juris Doctor degree, and the University of Singapore with a master’s degree in laws. Patricia has extensive and deep experience in intellectual property. She was the former senior counsel of Texas Instruments and worked at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as a patent examiner. She was also the General Counsel of the International Trade Litigator, Unfair Imports and Office at the U.S. International Trade Commission.
